Mikayel Aznauryans research project highlighted by the European Commission

AUFF Prize Awarded to PhD Student in Nanoscience

This year Simon Frøhlich, former PhD student in the research group of Henrik Birkedal, is one of the AUFF prize recipients for his work during his PhD studies. Simon demonstrated the adhesion strategy of the Anomia mollusc and this can pave the way for developing useful new bio-inspired material.
