Here, protein nanopore technology was applied to discriminate between different phosphorylation states of a protein at single-molecule level. The results provide a step toward nanopore proteomics.

The work was conducted at University of Oxford (UK) in collaboration with postdoc David Rodriguez-Larrea under the supervision of prof. Hagan Bayley.
