<p><strong>Winning with Biotech</strong></p>
<p>The Health and Biosciences business of IFF will be introduced, with special focus on activities at the IFF site in Brabrand. As an example of this work the development through protein engineering of a novel phytase with sustainability benefits beyond phosphorus and calcium will be presented. A new NIR based service for prediction of phytate enabling precision nutrition will also be shown. </p>
