Overview: 

Zeiss Axio A1, is a universally light microscope, to do a quick magnification of your sample. It is very flexible and has transmitted- and reflected light.

Applications:  

Investigation by magnification of samples, prepared with photoresist and micro structured surfaces with a resolution of 400nm.

Specifications: 

The magnification variation is from 5x-100x. The specimens’ space is continuously adjustable to the thickness of the sample, 0-110mm adjusting the height of the stage carrier. It also has a Deltapix Infinity-X-Camera with 21mill. Pixels.

Software:        

DpxView Pro with the possibility for pictures with extended focus and distance measurements
