PhD student Simon Frølich from Henrik Birkedal’s group has been selected by the Danish Council for Independent Research to participate in the 65th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting as one of three Danish participants.

Once every year, some dozens of Nobel Laureates convene at Lindau to meet the next generation of leading scientists: undergraduates, PhD students, and post-doc researchers from all over the world. The Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings foster the exchange among scientists of different generations, cultures, and disciplines.

The Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings are traditionally held in the end of June every year, and this year it will take place in Bodensee in Germany. This year it will be the fourth interdisciplinary meeting focusing on physics, physiology and medicine and chemistry.
