PAPER: Intracellular bacteria engage a STRING-TBK1-MVB12b pathway to enable paracrine cGAS-STRING signaling

Researchers from the Gothelf lab has recently co-authored an article published in Nature Microbiology. The article reports how the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes' DNA stimulates the cGAS-STRING signaling, which impairs an antibacterial defence.
