As Division Manager at the Department of Molecular Medicine and Head of the Single-Cell & Spatial Core Facility, I work with single-cell analysis, spatial omics, advanced cellular models and research infrastructure. I have a PhD in Molecular Biology from Aarhus University and broad experience in molecular technologies, sequencing, diagnostic analyses, implementation of new methods and management of core facilities.
My primary area of responsibility is the development and operation of research infrastructure within single-cell analysis, spatial omics and advanced cellular models, including implementation of new technologies, quality assurance, scientific guidance and collaboration with research groups. I also work with strategic development, organization of core facility activities and cross-disciplinary research collaborations.
