Grants for unconventional research ideas
Four iNANO-associated researchers will have a unique opportunity to test their research ideas that have the potential to change our knowledge of the world. They will each receive approximately DKK 2 million out of a total amount of DKK 97 million awarded by the Villum Foundation.
Villum Experiment is created with technical and scientific research projects in mind. The projects challenge the norm and the way we approach important topics. They don't have to have an end goal of a concrete solution to a well-known problem, but can also be about exploring uncharted territory.
This year, the Villum Foundation is awarding DKK 97 million to 49 researchers, giving them a unique opportunity to test their research ideas that have the potential to change our knowledge of the world.

- Yuya Hayashi, Assistant Professor: What the Cell "Sees" in Extracellular Vesicle Biology, DKK 1.99m
