New grants to iNANO researchers from the Carlsberg Foundation
Marianne Glasius and Henrik Birkedal receive funding from the Carlsberg Foundation for new infrastructure.
Marianne Glasius receives 1.000.000 kr. for a new quadropole time-of-flight mass spectrometer (QTOFMS), especially for investigation and detection of plants' signalling molecules.
Henrik Birkedal receives 500.000 kr. together with Mads Ry Jørgensen to build a new instrument using X-ray fluorescence tomography for 3D-mapping of elements in advanced materials. The instrument will be installed at the new DanMAX beamline at MAX-IV synchritron in Lund.
Congratulations to the grant recipients!
