EPDIC14 Conference
During the next couple of days more than 280 researchers from all over the world will meet at Department of Chemistry and the Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center (iNANO), Aarhus University, at a conference about powder diffraction, a method that allows for in depth identification and characterization of materials.
The EPDIC conference takes place 15 – 18 June 2014 and is the 14th in a series of these European conferences. Powder diffraction is an essential experimental technique in modern materials science and is widely used. At the conference there will be presentations of new instruments for the European Spallation Source that these years are being constructed in Lund, Sweden, and to which Denmark is a central contributor. The conference is organized by researchers at the Department of Chemistry and iNANO and chaired by associate professor Jens Erik Jørgensen.
