Typical weather in June

June in Denmark usually equals sunny weather with temperatures between 15C and 25C during the day but rain showers are frequent as well

Time zone and currency

Although a member of the EU, Denmark doesn't use euros but Danish kroner; however, almost all payments are done electronically, meaning that even small shops (e.g. bakeries) accept card payments. In addition, Apple pay and various other mobile phone-based systems (e.g. MobilePay) are widely used.

Denmark is in the Central European time zone (CET) and observes summer and winter time

In case of emergency

Denmark uses the pan-European emergency number 112

Covid19 precautions

Denmark has removed all societal restrictions related to Covid19. We nonetheless encourage participants to show consideration and not attend the conference if they have symptoms of Covid19.
