Our 500 MHz spectrometer is solely dedicated to liquid-state NMR. Mostly, the spectrometer is used for the study of protein structure and dynamics as well as for studies of small molecules. 

500 MHz (Bruker): The magnet is actively shielded with standard bore and it is equipped with:

• ¹H-¹³C-¹⁵N 5 mm TXI liquid-state probe
• ¹H-X (mostly ³¹P) 5 mm TXI liquid-state probe
• ¹H-¹³C-¹⁵N E-Free 4 mm MAS probe (cannot spin)
• Sample jet with 5 x 96 containers for full automatic high throughput sample changing
