The center provided different service levels for the packages described here. For all levels, we will transfer the data to the users electronically when all experiments have finished.
Full service
The user provides the sample(s) to us and we setup and run the desired NMR experiments. No presence of the user is required.
Guided self-service
The user comes to the center during setup of the experiments with the aim of helping with- or learning how to perform the experiment.
Self-service
The user will perform all related calibrations and setup all experiments without much help. The spectrometers will be in the correct configuration and personal will be in the building. Only for experience users
