From the First Lager Yeast to Re-Brew the First Lager Beer

The presentation will give a historical overview of the Carlsberg Research Laboratory and show some recent achievement on rebrewing the first Lager beer using an old brewing recipe together with original lager yeast that has recently been isolated from a 133 year old Carlsberg lager beer bottle.
