Christoph Quitmann, the director of the MAX IV project in Lund, will present the new X-ray light in Lund, which will become operational in 2015. Due to an innovative synchrotron design, it will become the lowest emittance X-ray source in the world. Christoph will not only present the new accelerator but also give examples of the possibilities with the expected high-brilliance X-ray beams from MAX IV.

Host: Professor Philip Hofmann, iNANO & Department of Physics and Astronomy, Aarhus University, Aarhus, Denmark
