We have an open position for a postdoctoral researcher in computational integrated structural biology. The successful candidate will initially design and develop a platform for integrated data analysis and conformational ensemble generation. This platform will support the work of 2 PhD students focusing on the effect of phosphorylation in kinase linker domains. Then, we will explore novel computational analysis tools to make sense of the generated ensembles. The position is fully funded by the Novo-Nordisk Foundation, and is initially offered for 2 years (extended for 2 more years upon successful assessment).
Deadline - Aug 15th 2025
The lab is currently looking for a talented PhD student to join the NNF-funded project "Illuniating the dark kinome". If you have experience in protein expression/purification and feel motivated to apply integrated structural biology (NMR, smFRET, SAXS, ...) to study how phosphorylation modulates the confromational ensembles of linker domains in kinases, you can apply here:
Deadline - Aug 1st 2025
