Applying Molecule Filters in iSMS

About molecule filters

Molecule filters can be used to remove molecules based on various thresholded criteria. Filters can be applied once or activated permanently.

Apply a molecule filter

To run a molecule filter go to 'Settings->Molecule filter'.
Select the filters to run on the current set of molecules. Press OK.
A dialog reports the number of molecules removed with the applied filter.
