Research

Annett Dalbøge is a senior researcher and associate professor in occupational and environmental medicine with a strong focus on work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Her research combines large-scale register-based epidemiology, systematic reviews, expsure assessments, and techanical measurements to identify exposure–response relationships, risk thresholds, risk factors, and long-term prognosis related to mechanical occupational exposures. She has particular expertise in shoulder disorders, upper-limb diseases, and osteoarthritis, with the aim of strengthening prevention, evidence-based regulation, and decision-making in occupational health.

Teaching activities

Annett teach and coordinate courses at Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD levels, and contribute to curriculum development and pedagogical innovation in health sciences education. She supervise PhD students, medical theses, and master’s students, and serve as opponent, chair, and reviewer in academic assessment processes.
Annett is actively engage in research leadership, grant acquisition, and advisory committees, contributing to academic governance and occupational health and safety at the university level.
