Available methods

The macromolecular X-ray lab is equipped with a Rigaku Compact Homelab Pilatus system consisting of MicroMax-003 generator with confocal Max-Flux optics, the AFC11 partial Chi diffractometer and Pilatus 200K area detector. The system is equipped with an Oxford Cryostream 700 that allows experiments to be carried out at 100K. In situ x-ray screening of crystallization experiments is also possible.

For crystallization we have a range of methods available such Lipidic Cubic Phase with Art Robbins instrument (ARI) LCP Gryphon and vapor diffusion crystallization from hand setup to Nano drop crystallization with Oryx or Mosquito crystallization robots.
